L'Ambaixada dels EE UU a Madrid m'ha confirmat la data del viatge a Madrid per fer l'entrevista per al VISAT DELS ALUMNES AMB PASSAPORT ESTRANGER (COLÒMBIA, EQUADOR)

DATA : 12 DE NOVEMBRE DE 2009 a les 11 del matí.

HEU DE PORTAR TOTA LA DOCUMENTACIÓ QUE ES DETALLA MÉS AVALL, I EL VOSTRE PASSAPORT ORIGINAL, DOCUMENT D'IDENTIFICACIÓ I TARGETA DE RESIDÈNCIA.

DOCUMENTOS NECESARIOS PARA OBTENER EL VISADO DE NO INMIGRANTE PARA ESTANCIA TEMPORAL EN LA EMBAJADA DE ESTADOS UNIDOS EN MADRID.

1. Pasaporte original unipersonal vigente
2. Documento original de residencia legal en España
3. Fotografia de 5X5 sobre fondo blanco, de frente y con la cara ocupando el 50% de la foto ( pueden hacérsela en la embajada por 4 €)

Fotocopias de los siguientes documentos:

4. Contrato trabajo de los padres
5. Tres últimas nóminas de los padres
6. Extracto de la cuenta bancaria facilitado por el banco
7. Empadronamiento de los padres y el hijo
8. Documento legal de residencia de los padres
9. Contrato de alquiler de la vivienda habitual ( o Escritura si es de propiedad)

RELLENAR Y FIRMAR LOS FORMULARIOS DS153 Y DS157 QUE SE LES FACILITARAN A LOS ALUMNOS EN EL INSTITUTO

La Dirección del centro procederá a hacer el ingreso al Banco Santander Central del precio del visado ( 91,70€ por cada alumno) con el dinero del premio de literatura que ganamos el curso pasado por importe de 600€

El coste del traslado a Madrid del dia 12 de Noviembre también se financiará con el importe del premio, hasta donde nos alcance.

TODA LA DOCUMENTACIÓN DEBERÁ SER REVISADA POR LAS PROFESORAS ACOMPAÑANTES ANTES DEL DIA 1 DE NOVIEMBRE CON EL FIN DE TENER TIEMPO PARA CORREGIR POSIBLES ERRORES.

USA ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION

 Amb aquest link podeu obtenir el certificat d'exempció de visa per entrar als Estats Units. S'ha d'omplir i esperar la resposta, llavors comprarem els bitllets.  Ho farem junts des de l'institut, però mireu què demanen.

Hola. Me llamo Esther, voy a l'IES Joanot Martorell a 4ºB. Vivo en Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona. Tengo muchas ganas de ir a New York, lo que más quiero ver es Broadway, ya que mi sueño es hacer un musical algun dia, y Broadway es donde estan los grandes musicales. Me encanta cantar, bailar y cada vez mas actuar.
Mis libros favoritos són "El niño del pijama a rayas", " Rebelde" y "La ley de la calle".
Mis peliculas favoritas són: El pianista, Los chicos del coro, Rent y Grease.
Mi gran aficion es cantar, estoy estudiando teatro musical y tambien canto en una coral. La asignatura que mas me gusta es Historia. Mi lengua materna es el catalan y la paterna el castellano, hablo un poquito de inglés i entiendo una poco el francés.
